Role Overview:

We are looking for a Revenue Growth Manager responsible for converting qualified leads into business opportunities and driving revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with qualified leads and convert them into paying clients.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable service solutions.
• Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in B2B sales or revenue generation.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
