Purpose of the Role:

Strengthen revenue protection and optimization by identifying leakages, improving billing accuracy, driving automation, and ensuring endtoend revenue integrity across products and partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue Assurance & Controls

• Monitor complete revenue flows to detect leakages, under/overbilling, and data inconsistencies.
• Develop and enhance controls across billing, rating, charging, settlement, and reporting.
• Perform rootcause analysis and drive corrective/preventive actions.

2. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze large datasets to spot anomalies, trends, and revenue risks.
• Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.

3. Operations & Process Improvement

• Support daily RA operations and resolve issues.
• Drive process standardization, automation, and efficiency improvements.
• Participate in system enhancements, migrations, and new product launches to ensure RA readiness.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with Billing, SXC, Product, and Operations teams to resolve revenue-impacting issues.
• Act as SME during audits and reviews.
• Present complex analytical findings to both technical and nontechnical teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.
• 58 years experience in Revenue Assurance, Billing Operations, Core Operations, or similar analytical domains.
• Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Strong understanding of revenue processes and controls.
• Excellent analytical, communication & stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in telecom businesses.
• Familiarity with automation tools or scripting.
• Exposure to system migrations or large-scale process transformation.
