Role - Revenue Assurance Services
Location - Mumbai

Responsibilities: 
  • Basic knowledge of MS-Excel and good communication skills.
  • Worked on Fare audit project - Refunds, Reissue and Prime Sale audit with knowledge of Airline policies.
  • Experience of working on multiple GDS (Amadeus preferred).
  • Working experience in Airline Refunds Application or Claims processing. 
  • Agency Debit Memo Analyst. 
  • Interpretate Fares Rules.
  • Ability to perform Airline Fare Calculation or Construction and Fare strings.
  • Ability to read Airline Passenger’s PNR.
