Revenue Assurance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of revenue recognition and ensure accuracy during monthly and quarterly financial closes your inputs directly influence strategic planning and forecasting
• Design and maintain strong billing processes that ensure timely and consistent revenue capture a critical driver of the companys financial health
• Ensure end-to-end control over billing, reconciliation, and revenue tracking aligning with the companys growth strategy and compliance needs
• Serve as the audit-ready expert maintain transparent documentation and support internal and external audits with confidence
• Drive collections by building strong vendor/client relationships every rupee you recover accelerates our financial momentum.
• Craft data-backed insights through MIS support leadership decisions with accurate, timely reports and revenue intelligence
• Play a pivotal role in client negotiations manage agreements and commercial structures that balance client needs and company interests.
• Lead with clarity guide a high-performing team and instill discipline, structure, and accountability
• Identify risks and implement strong financial controls your work ensures a secure and scalable billing infrastructure

Required Skills:

• Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 6-8 years of experience in Revenue Accounting, Billing, and Collections
• Deep understanding of revenue processes and commercial contracts
• Excellent reconciliation and analytical skills
• Team leadership with a strategic mindset
• Hands-on with billing systems and reporting tool
