Job Description
This requisition is for global resource position (Senior Analyst, IC1 Level), The Candidate should have graduation degree and good English command both in written and verbal communication. The candidate should be flexible in working in any shifts.
Candidate should have 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience in Quote to order process.
As a Senior Analyst, candidate will be responsible for the following activities in Install Base Operations:
- Handling business critical process such as Transfer of ownership
- Assignments
- Terminations
- Migrations
- Serial Number Corrections
- Non-revenue order bookings
- Acquisition data related corrections/updates
