Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Product Specialist (T) with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IntelliMatch and a strong background in PRM. This hybrid role requires a dedicated professional who can work effectively in a day shift. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our product offerings and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IntelliMatch solutions to ensure seamless integration and functionality.Provide expert guidance on PRM domain-related issues to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies that align with company goals.Conduct thorough analysis of customer requirements and translate them into actionable product features.Lead the development of product documentation and training materials to support end-users and internal teams.Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement to ensure optimal functionality.Coordinate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve any product-related issues promptly.Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in IntelliMatch and PRM to incorporate best practices into product development.Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to review product progress and gather feedback for continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all product-related activities.Provide technical support and expertise during product demonstrations and customer presentations.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and ensure product satisfaction.Contribute to the overall success of the company by driving product innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in IntelliMatch implementation and support.Demonstrate strong knowledge and experience in the PRM domain.Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Show proficiency in developing product documentation and training materials.Display strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Have a proven track record of successfully managing product-related projects.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in IntelliMatch and PRM.Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work model.Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Possess a customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality products.Display the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Demonstrate proficiency in using relevant software and tools for product management.Ensure successful transition from current SME document handbook SOPs application level process documents.
Experience in working in L2 and L3 support along with Maintenance & Enhancements of applications
Experience in ITIL processes Incident Change Release Configuration and Problem mgmt activities.
Responsible for deliveries of work product project which could be of Development OR Maintenance type
Create Contribute Update Knowledge repository along with KEDB for respective applications
Ensure deliveries are within the agreed timelines and efforts
Well aware of the SDLC processes for delivering minor enhancements
Analyze and Perform changes to .Net application code if needed
Evaluate architecture for Oracle applications and prepare layouts for all logical models and maintain database objects for various application components
Faster adaption of Cognizant processes and tools to manage deliveries
Adherence to coding standards constructive reviews and generation of common utilities wherever possible
Ensures coordination with other groups responsible for delivery of the assigned work product
Provides updates on status of the work product as per agreed timelines
Provide estimations and plan staffing for the new projects getting initiated
SLA driven delivery model Understanding of SLAs KPIs and Metrics committed as per contract.
Responsible to ensure SLA compliance is met for the end-to-end work product with NO defaults
Skills Required
Technical Skills Intellimatch PLSQL Knowledge on SSIS BODS BO will be a plus
Database: Oracle SQL Server 2008 2014Domain: Capital Markets Trade and Securities LoansExcellent interpersonal skills Experience in managing key stakeholder expectations
