Returns Analyst (6 months contract)

Job description

• Process debit memos accurately and in a timely manner as per company policies
• Review and validate supporting documents related to returns and debit memos
• Handle return-related emails from customers, wholesalers, and internal teams.
• Respond to queries professionally and within defined SLAs
• Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Sales, Operations) to resolve discrepancies
• Maintain and update return and debit memo records in internal systems
• Track pending cases and follow up to closure.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and audit requirements
• Prepare and share periodic status reports on returns and debit memos
• Prepare upload templates for bills related to expired products.
• Escalate issues or delays to the supervisor when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of the generic pharmaceutical industry, including product flow, reimbursement mechanisms,
• and accounts receivable processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at various
• levels of management, both internal and external.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including strong working knowledge of complex formulas, data analysis, and
• macros.
• Ability to manage a high volume of work with urgency while maintaining absolute accuracy and meeting tight
• turnaround timelines.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a high degree of follow-up and follow-through to ensure tasks are properly prioritized and completed.
• Demonstrated high ethical standards and professional integrity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while delivering consistent, high-quality results.
