Retoucher / QA & Project Coordinator

About the Role:

MS2Creative is looking for a detail-oriented Retoucher who can also oversee quality assurance and manage project workflows. This is a dual-role position ideal for someone with strong image editing skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate projects across teams.

Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with global clients and regional team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality retouching on e-commerce, fashion, and lifestyle images
• Review and QA final images before client delivery to ensure consistency and quality standards
• Coordinate with clients, editors, and team leads to manage timelines and project milestones
• Track daily workflows and flag potential delays or issues
• Document and enforce retouching SOPs and style guides
• Provide feedback to junior retouchers as needed

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional photo retouching experience
• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and image editing workflows
• Fluent in English
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Prior QA or project coordination experience is a strong asset

Nice to Have:

• Experience in e-commerce or fashion image workflows
• Familiarity with DAM systems or automation tools
