We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Retention Marketing Manager to join our team in New Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on building and executing customer retention strategies to improve engagement, repeat purchases, and overall customer lifetime value.

The candidate will be responsible for handling WhatsApp and Email Marketing campaigns, analyzing customer data, segmenting audiences, and driving personalized communication strategies.

• Develop and execute customer retention and lifecycle marketing strategies
• Plan and manage WhatsApp and Email marketing campaigns
• Segment customer databases for targeted and personalized communication
• Analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights
• Track key retention metrics (repeat purchase rate, churn, LTV, engagement rates, etc.)
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams for campaign execution
• Manage ongoing retention projects and ensure timely delivery

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Customer Retention and Market Segmentation
• Proficiency in Marketing Analytics and performance tracking
• Hands-on experience with Email & WhatsApp marketing tools
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Experience in project management and cross-team coordination
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and creative environment
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the health and wellness industry will be an added advantage

Experience Required: 23 Years

Salary: 30,000 35,000 per month (negotiable)
