About the role:

• We are seeking a highly analytical and creative Retention Marketing Executive with 2 - 4 years of experience in D2C ecommerce, preferably within the beauty or skincare sector.
• Proven expertise in designing, executing and optimizing cross channel campaigns, automations including email, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS campaigns and drip campaigns.
• A strong understanding of customer segmentation, A/B testing and maximising customer lifetime value.
• Bachelors degree in marketing, business or a related field.

• You will be responsible for driving loyalty and repeat purchases by owning our customer retention strategy.
• Develop and manage the entire lifecycle marketing journey from onboarding to re engagement.
• Analyze campaign performance using metrics like open rate, click through rate, conversion rate and customer lifetime value.
• Collaborate with the creative, performance and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Identify opportunities to introduce personalization and optimize marketing automation flows.
