Role Description

Were looking for a Retention Marketing Associate to drive repeat purchases, user engagement, and revenue through CRM and lifecycle marketing.You will plan and execute campaigns across Push, WhatsApp, SMS, and Email, analyze performance, and continuously optimize for higher CTR, conversions, and retention. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity with data and wants direct impact on revenue.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute CRM campaigns (Push, WhatsApp, SMS, Email)
  • Create A/B test variations (hooks, CTAs, personalization, timing)
  • Build and optimize lifecycle journeys (welcome, abandoned cart, reactivation, repeat purchase)
  • Monitor CTR, repeat rate, LTV, and revenue contribution
  • Segment users based on behavior, cohorts, and engagement
  • Analyze campaign performance and propose improvements
  • Coordinate with product, design, and performance teams for campaign alignment


Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 13 years of experience in retention / CRM / lifecycle marketing
  • Hands-on experience with MoEngage / CleverTap / WebEngage (or similar tools)
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels and user behavior
  • Comfortable working with dashboards and performance metrics
  • Strong short-form copywriting skills
  • Experience in D2C / skincare / beauty / consumer brands preferred
