Key Responsibilities
Must haves:
-Deep-Dive & Root-Cause Analysis Conduct detailed analyses with respect to
customer churn, repurchase rates, revenue and LTV projections, results and P/L view of
experimental campaigns and other initiatives, and other ad-hoc business analytical
requirements
-Insights & Decision Support Work closely with Data Analyst to extract, consolidate, and
interpret data from multiple sources to surface trends, uncover patterns, and highlight key
levers for Retention growth and profitability
-Business Review Management Lead preparation of data for weekly and monthly reviews,
highlight areas that require attention, and share insights to improve the same
-Variance & KPI Tracking Deliver variance analysis vs. revenue and spends targets
Good-to-haves:
-Dashboards & Reporting Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that
provide real-time visibility into business performance across channels and product
categories
Qualifications
-CMA / MBA (Finance) / Postgraduate in Finance / or graduate with a strong finance and
business background
-Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in business analytics, business finance, FP&A, or
a similar role, ideally within consumer brands, D2C, FMCG, or high-growth start ups
-Strong understanding of profitability drivers, and key business metrics
-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, complex
formulas); exposure to SQL or BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau) is an advantage
-Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
-Excellent communication and data storytelling skills to translate analysis into actionable
business insights
