At Gytree, we sit at the intersection of womens health, data, and community. With a large base of our paying customers and one of Indias largest women-led health communities, the next phase of our growth is clear: retention, repeat, and lifetime value.
Were looking for someone who:
- Thinks in consumer cycles, not funnels
- Understands why women return, pause, drop off, or upgrade
- Can turn cohorts, behavior, and feedback into repeat revenue and loyalty
This role is for you if you:
- Love breaking down LTV, cohorts, repeat windows, AOV, and retention curves
- Have built or want to build subscription logic, replenishment nudges, loyalty loops
- Understand CRM deeply - email, WhatsApp, in-product nudges, content triggers
- Can work closely with product, content, and community to influence outcomes
Believe retention is not discounts, but trust, timing, and relevance
What youll own:
- day retention strategies across Gytrees product ecosystem
-Cohort analysis by age, life stage, product, and usage behavior
-Repeat journeys not generic D2C playbooks
-Experiments to improve LTV without burning margins
-Dashboards that the leadership team actually uses
