Role: Retailer Apps Analyst- Full Time
Location: Willing to relocate to Pune within 6 months to 1 year

Job Description:
- Implement and support Salesforce eB2B (Experience Cloud) solutions for retailer and distributor ordering.
- Configure product catalogs, pricing, promotions, and user access within Salesforce eB2B.
- Integrate Salesforce eB2B with DMS and SAP to enable seamless order processing, inventory visibility, and master data synchronization.
- Coordinate with business and technical teams to gather requirements, test integrations, and support go-live activities.
- Monitor and troubleshoot application and integration issues to ensure smooth retailer operations.
