Join our Training & Development team and help shape the growth journey of our retail staff!
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Facilitation: Deliver engaging training sessions for retail teams on customer service, sales techniques, product knowledge, and company policies.
Content Design: Assist in creating impactful training modules, presentations, and e-learning materials.
Onboarding: Lead onboarding programs to ensure new hires transition smoothly into their roles.
Performance Coaching: Assess skill gaps, provide coaching, and deliver refresher sessions to boost performance.
Training Evaluation: Track training effectiveness, gather feedback, and prepare reports to measure business impact.
Collaboration: Partner with HR and Operations to schedule programs, ensuring minimal disruption to store activities.
What Were Looking For:
Bachelors degree (any discipline)
25 years of experience in training, coaching, or retail operations
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Passion for engaging and motivating retail teams
Familiarity with retail operations, POS systems, and customer service best practices
Proficiency in MS Office and exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred
