Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Store Manager. The Retail Store Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction and implementing company policies. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining store performance standards, developing sales strategies, monitoring inventory, and ensuring compliance with retail loss prevention protocols. This individual will play a key role in leading and motivating the team to achieve sales and customer service objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Customer Service and achieving Customer Satisfaction goals
• Strong skills in Communication and team leadership
• Experience in Store Management, including staff scheduling, sales tracking, and operational efficiency
• Familiarity with Retail Loss Prevention practices and protocols
• Proven ability to inspire and motivate a team to meet sales targets
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Previous experience in a retail environment is highly beneficial
