Role Overview

Join us as the face of the WaterScience Experience Store, a space where customers discover better water for their homes. As a Store Executive, youll create a warm, premium in-store experience, run demos, solve real water problems, and help customers choose the right products.

If you enjoy meeting people, explaining products, and owning store operations, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Sales

• Greet customers, understand their water-related issues, and recommend suitable solutions.
• Conduct demos, water tests, and explain installation/maintenance.
• Drive monthly sales and conversion targets.

Store Operations

• Maintain store hygiene, displays, and brand standards.
• Handle opening/closing routines, Shopify POS billing, payments, and dispatches.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure demos/displays are functional.

Customer Support & After-Sales

• Coordinate installations and provide basic troubleshooting.
• Log walk-ins, enquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction.

Reporting & Metrics

• Update daily/weekly sales and walk-in reports.
• Highlight operational issues, customer feedback, and stock gaps.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 14 years in retail sales, field sales, or D2C stores
• Strong communication in English, Hindi & Kannada
• Ability to explain technical products simply
• Strong customer handling & problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work weekends & retail hours

Good to Have

• Experience in water purifiers, appliances, or wellness
• Basic understanding of hard water & filtration
• Experience with new store setups or experience centers
