About the Role

Retail Sell out Head will be Driving Sell out for his Region while delivering best of Consumer Experience across the Customer Touch Points. Execute Sales Strategy to win more Customer at the Floor and While Gathering a strong Mind Share for brand at Account and TP level.
 

Your Team

Candidate will manage a Team of Retail Lead and Team Leader /ISP in the Defined Territory.  

What You Will Do

  • Sell out Target Planning in alignment with NSM @ LFR/RR/GT level Alignment Covering Regional Business Expectation.
  • Performance Monitoring : Target Achievement Trend / Growth Trend , CS DS Trend, Attachment Ratio
  • Implement planogram for retail – LFR and GT
  • Store Governance on Retail Investments
  • ISP and TL Deployment : Productivity Norms (BDN) , Hiring , Retention
  • Store Activations : Visibility/Activity/New Ideas to generate Sell out n Drive conversions, In Store Visibility Innovation, Hotspots/Combo Display/Local Innovation
  • Digital Initiative : GMB Execution and Effectiveness
  • Focus Partner/Store : Marketing Initiatives to Drive Growth and CS
  • Should keep him/her self-updated with market and competition landscape.
  • What HARMAN competencies are most critical to this role (Leadership, Change Orientation, Collaboration, Judgement, and Results Driven)?

What You Need

  • MBA preferred.
  • 15-20 plus years of progressive experience in sales / business development roles in multiple markets.
  • Ideal candidate should have proficient computer experience (Excel, Access, Word, Internet, (Power Point).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong consumer products orientation – Keen understanding of consumer wants and needs, that can be applied to creating market-winning retail sales strategies.
  • Good collaboration skills – Ability to collaborate with people and teams from all functions within Harman plus full range of industry consumer customers.
  • Demonstrated creativity and out-of-the box thinking – Constantly pushing new ideas and programs to solve sales and market challenges.

  • Strong Micromanagement Strategy
  • Provides updated market feedback to the vertical market and target market specialists.
  • Interfaces with sales & marketing to leverage their knowledge and efforts to maximize sales launches.
