Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Lucknow for a Retail Salesperson at Tanishq store in Alambagh, Lucknow. Responsibilities include assisting customers in selecting and purchasing products, maintaining product knowledge to provide accurate information, and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance overall shopping experiences. The role also involves achieving sales targets, managing inventory displays, and ensuring the store aligns with company standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Jewellery Retail Sales and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong Product Knowledge to guide customers effectively
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to deliver a positive shopping experience
• Experience in building relationships with customers and promoting sales opportunities
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain an organised retail environment
• Previous experience in retail or a customer-facing role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education; additional certifications in sales or customer service are a plus
