We are looking for a Salesperson to manage customer interactions and sales at our Saantha store at Ranchi Airport.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and explain products, fabrics, and craftsmanship
• Drive in-store sales and achieve daily sales targets
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation
• Handle billing, cash, and digital payments
• Maintain basic stock records and coordinate replenishment
• Ensure excellent customer service and brand representation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication skills (Hindi required; basic English preferred)
• Customer-friendly attitude and sales orientation
• Basic knowledge of billing and cash handling
• Interest in handloom, handicrafts, or fashion is an advantage

Preferred Profile

• Prior experience in retail sales (apparel / handicrafts preferred)
• Candidates based in Ranchi or nearby areas
• Willingness to work in shifts as per airport store timings

Salary -15000/month plus incentives
