Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Salesperson located in Chennai. The Retail Salesperson will assist customers in identifying and purchasing suitable products, provide in-depth product information, and deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining product displays, ensuring the store's organization, handling sales transactions, and supporting the overall sales strategy to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Product Knowledge and Retail Sales to effectively guide customers and achieve sales targets
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build positive relationships with customers
• Proven ability in Sales, including upselling and cross-selling techniques
• Ability to work effectively within a team and in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the retail industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent is required

Salary - 25k-30k plus heavy incentives.

Timing - 10am to 9pm.

Location - Kodambakkam.
