Role Description

This is a full-time, at Store role located in Indore for a Retail Salesperson. The Retail Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers with product selection, providing excellent customer service, ensuring product knowledge is up to date, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include greeting customers, answering queries, processing transactions, and maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of products and retail sales techniques to effectively assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and resolving inquiries effectively.
• Proven customer service skills and the ability to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Understanding of sales principles and ability to meet sales goals.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain product displays and inventory management.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a background in retail or sales is an advantage.

Compensation: 2.54 LPA (depending on experience & performance)
