This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Retail Sales Specialist at SHREE JEE JEWELLERS. Responsibilities include assisting customers in their purchase decisions, managing retail inventory, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Additionally, the role involves maintaining store presentation standards and contributing to meeting sales performance and targets.

• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities
• Experience in retail sales and knowledge of jewelry products or related merchandise
• Proficiency in providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to understand customer needs, and recommend products accordingly
• Attention to detail and capability to maintain store organization
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, on-site retail environment
• Prior experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
