Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Merchandiser based in Gurugram. The role includes maximising sales, providing excellent customer service, implementing sales and marketing strategies, and assisting customers in selecting products that meet their needs. Collaboration with the production and management team is also an integral part of this role. The Retail Sales Merchandiser will be responsible for ensuring the brand is represented properly.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Retail Sales and Retail operations
• Excellent skills in Customer Service and the ability to build client relationships
• Co-ordination with MBOs
• Proficiency in Sales & Marketing strategies and techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Prior experience in the retail, fashion, or luxury goods industry is advantageous
• A bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus
• Knowledge of backend sales channels like shopify will be a plus
