This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Retail Sales Manager. The Retail Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, drive customer engagement, and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include managing and training sales staff, handling customer inquiries, improving customer experiences, and implementing strategies to boost store performance. The role also involves analyzing sales data, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring adherence to company policies.

• Proven expertise in Retail Sales, Sales, and achieving sales targets
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and fostering client satisfaction
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and training sales teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle on-site challenges effectively
• Proficiency in inventory management and sales analytics tools is an advantage
