Role: Sales Manager (Retail)

Location: Gurgaon

Role Summary:

The role involves end-to-end sales execution - from inbound lead conversion to renewals - while leading a

high-performance inside sales team and partnering closely with marketing and growth functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead inside and digital sales channels, including inbound leads, digital campaigns, WhatsApp, and call-based conversion funnels
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead qualification, consultative selling, closure, onboarding, and renewals
  • Monitor and improve conversion rates, sales cycle time, and lead productivity using data and dashboards
  • Ensure disciplined use of CRM and digital sales tools for accurate reporting, forecasting, and pipeline visibility
  • Build and enforce scalable inside-sales systems including SOPs, scripts, objection handling, and follow-up cadence
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to improve lead quality, messaging, and funnel effectiveness
  • Set clear weekly and monthly revenue targets with defined conversion benchmarks
  • Manage, mentor, and review performance of inside sales / subscription sales executives
  • Who Should Apply:
  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience, with strong exposure to inside / digital / inbound sales
  • Experience selling subscriptions, services, SaaS, EV, mobility, energy, or fintech products preferred
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, digital sales tools, and WhatsApp automation
  • Ability to handle consultative selling and subscription-based objections
  • Ownership mindset with a focus on outcomes, not just activity
