Role:RetailSales Executive (Modern Trade & General Trade)We are looking for a driven and disciplined sales professional to expand our product presence acrossmodern trade stores, supermarkets, premium retail outlets, and general trade channels .
You will play a critical role in establishing The Slow Draws footprint across retail formats and ensuring consistent market visibility.
Key Responsibilities 1.Develop and manage relationships withModern Trade (MT) partners supermarkets, lifestyle stores, premium retail chains, etc.2.Expand distribution inGeneral Trade (GT) by onboarding new retail outlets and driving repeat sales.
3.Ensure visibility, shelf placement, and proper display of our products at all retail touchpoints.
4.Execute in-store promotions, sampling activities (where applicable), and brand visibility initiatives.
5.Track sales performance, beat plans, stock movement, and competitive activity.
6.Coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing, delivery, and merchandising.
7.Identify growth opportunities and provide market insights related to cigars and luxury lifestyle goods.
Who You Are13 years of experience inModern Trade / General Trade sales , preferably in FMCG, beverages, tobacco, or lifestyle products.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Capable of handling on-ground operations and meeting monthly sales targets.
Organized, responsible, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable representing apremium lifestyle category with professionalism.
