Retail Sales Executive

Were hiring a Retail Sales Executive to help us redefine luxury seating in India.

At Hush Hiven, we dont just sell normy recliners; With in-house ODM Capabilities, we exclusively design the "well-deserved comfort" that also elevates your space, be it your living room, home theatre, or personal use. We are looking for driven retail sales professionals to join our flagship Experience Store in Andheri West, Mumbai.

This isn't a "push-selling" job. Its about consultative sales for walk-in customers, HNIs, architects, and interior designers.

What youll be doing:

• Consultative Sales: Guiding premium clients through a journey of luxury and smart home integration.
• Lead Management: Converting high-intent leads from Meta/Google Ads.
• National Presence: Representing the brand at premier events like the Smart Home Expo and India Design.
• Growth: Taking full ownership of the sales cycle, from the first "hello" to final installation.

Who you are:

• You have 2-5 years of experience in high-ticket retail or home automation
• You understand Design & CMF principles (or have the knack for it)
• You thrive in high-stakes, face-to-face environments
• You love to present insights, contribute to making mindful data-driven decisions through regular reporting
• You hate being micromanaged and love taking ownership
