We are seeking a Retail Sales Executive with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in driving sales and providing excellent customer service in our retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
• Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.
• Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay range and compensation package

Salary: 35,000 to 40,000.
