Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individuals to lead our team as a Retail Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering unparalleled service to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Customer Engagement
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the store's overall sales goals.
- Engage customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Assist customers in finding the right jewelry for their needs and preferences.
- Learn and apply effective sales techniques under the guidance of senior staff.
- Support the team in promoting the Firefly Sparkle Plan (FSP).
2. Product Knowledge and Presentation
- Develop a strong understanding of lab-grown diamonds, including the 4Cs, benefits, and Firefly's offerings.
- Present jewelry to customers effectively, highlighting its features and benefits.
- Learn to showcase jewelry and explain its craftsmanship.
- Provide accurate information about products, materials, and certifications.
- Assist senior staff in handling customer inquiries and requests.
3. Customer Service and Relationship Building
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Assist in building customer relationships under the supervision of senior staff.
- Learn to follow up with customers and address their needs.
- Support the team in resolving customer concerns and issues.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Store Operations and Support
- Assist in maintaining visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Support daily store operations, including inventory management and restocking.
- Adhere to store policies and procedures.
- Assist senior staff and the Store Manager as needed.
- Support in taking customer orders and related documentation.
5. Training and Development
- Actively participate in training sessions and seek guidance from senior staff.
- Develop product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service skills.
- Be receptive to feedback and strive for continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- Support senior staff in training junior JDCs.
Qualifications and Other Details:
1. Minimum Educational Qualification should be a Bachelors Degree
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
4. Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to achieve business objectives.
5. Passion for jewellery and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality and service to customers.
6. Strong business acumen and strategic mindset with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
