We are seeking a Sales Consultant who can deliver a high-touch, personalized customer experience, guiding clients through our curated collection of luxury lighting.

As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our brand engaging with discerning customers, understanding their vision, and helping them discover lighting solutions that elevate their spaces.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma in any discipline (backgrounds in Hospitality, Retail, Interior Design, Architecture, or Business will be an advantage)
• 03 years of experience in retail, showroom sales, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English and the local language, with clarity and confidence
• A well-groomed and polished presence, with the ability to engage comfortably with discerning customers
• A natural inclination towards sales, customer experience, and relationship building
• An interest in interiors, lighting, dcor, or luxury products, with a keen eye for aesthetics
• Ability to understand customer requirements and offer thoughtful, solution-oriented recommendations
• Working knowledge of basic tools such as billing systems, CRM platforms, and digital communication (e.g., WhatsApp)
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn, adapt, and uphold high standards of luxury service
