About The Bare Bar:

The Bare Bar is a fast-growing handcrafted skincare brand built on three pillars: natural, handcrafted, mindful.

We are currently present in 50+ multi-brand retail stores across India and are looking for someone to take complete ownership of the operational performance of our offline retail channel.

This is a numbers-driven retail operations role focused on store performance, inventory optimisation, and structured reporting. This role is ideal for someone who is commercially sharp, detail-oriented, and growth-focusedsomeone who can balance numbers, negotiations, and on-ground execution.


Key Responsibilities:

Retail Performance Management

  • Track store-wise & SKU-wise sales performance across 50+ outlets
  • Monitor month-on-month same-store growth
  • Identify bestsellers, slow-moving SKUs & stock ageing
  • Improve store productivity and contribution

Inventory & SOH Control

  • Monitor stock-on-hand (SOH) across all retail partners
  • Plan replenishments based on sell-through data
  • Optimise dispatch quantities to avoid stock-outs & overstocking
  • Improve stock rotation and reduce ageing inventory

RTV & Reconciliation

  • Coordinate RTVs and return cycles
  • Reconcile dispatch vs sell-out data
  • Work closely with finance on billing, collections & reconciliation
  • Ensure clean inventory and revenue reporting

Reporting & Systems

  • Maintain structured Excel-based trackers
  • Generate weekly & monthly performance reports
  • Track revenue, stock movement & store-level profitability
  • Ensure data accuracy across all offline partners

Retailer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with store owners & managers
  • Visit stores periodically for performance reviews
  • Improve in-store execution & visibility


Qualifications

  • 26 years experience in offline retail / FMCG / beauty channel operations
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, inventory tracking, reporting)
  • Experience managing multi-brand outlets preferred
  • Comfortable handling 4060 store relationships
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven
  • Comfortable travelling for store visits
  • Commercially aware and accountable
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to assess performance metrics, identify trends, and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic retail setting.
