Purpose of the Role
Own and drive retail execution across Modern Trade, Pharmacy Chains (Noble+, Apollo) and E-commerce, translating brand strategy into strong in-store and online visibility, sales growth, and channel expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Strategy & Execution
- Drive trade marketing strategies for modern trade & e-commerce
- Execute in-store visibility, POS placement & promotions
- Build joint business plans with key retail partners
- Track performance & optimize for ROI
Brand & Product Visibility
- Lead merchandising, POS & visibility assets
- Plan & manage promotional calendars, displays & activations
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all retail touchpoints
- Execute new product launches in retail channels
Financial & Performance Management
- Own trade marketing budgets
- Measure effectiveness using data & KPIs
- Recommend continuous improvements
Sales & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Enable sales teams with tools & materials
- Partner with Brand, Marketing & Supply Chain
- Lead & manage merchandiser teams for on-ground execution
