Experience : 7 10 years in retail/fashion planning/S&OP
CTC: 13 to 20 LPA
Responsible for owning the central planning and intelligence hub by converting AOP into a rolling S&OP calendar, driving weekly business reviews, and publishing actionable MIS insights. Oversees demand signals, scenario planning, and cross-functional alignment across sales, e-commerce, and sourcing. Ensures forecast accuracy, launch readiness, and OTIF performance while leveraging advanced analytics, retail math, and executive-level communication.
