Hiring: Retail Merchandiser | Luxury Retail Apparel Brand | Gurgaon
We are looking for a Retail Merchandiser for a leading luxury retail apparel brand
Role: Retail Merchandiser
Location: Gurgaon
Industry: Luxury Retail Apparel
CTC: 1012 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive retail merchandising strategies to optimize product assortment and sell-through across stores.
- Coordinate with buying, VM, and retail teams to ensure effective product placement and inventory planning.
- Monitor stock levels, replenishment, and sales performance across stores.
- Analyze sales trends and provide insights for product movement and demand planning.
- Ensure brand standards and merchandising guidelines are maintained across all retail touchpoints.
Requirements:
- 36 years of experience in retail merchandising within luxury or premium apparel brands.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory planning, and product lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical and coordination skills.
