Analyzing Market research and Trend forecasts to develop sample lines and collections at

regular intervals for exhibitions and promotional events.

Attending client meetings to understand their requirements, maintaining continuous

communication for NPD & Customer-orders & actively participating in industry shows and

exhibitions.

Managed client briefs end-to-end, handling the entire process from design stage to production

including approvals & modifications. Ensured projects were delivered on time within budget

and as per the client's expectations.

Led product re-engineering initiatives to significantly improve existing jewelry designs,

resulting in enhanced aesthetics, functionality & manufacturing efficiency. Bridging the gap

between design and production.

Outsourcing Management- Strategically managed all external sourcing, establishing

partnerships & overseeing the complete procurement process for specialized needs, including

CAD design, RPT, Ready ghats, gemstones & findings.

Analyze best-seller report to identify customer preferences and generate ideas for

improvement & new development. Conducting monthly meetings with the Sales and

Production teams to ensure coordination & smooth workflow.

Conceptualized displays and visual merchandising for Client meetings & Shows.

Co-ordinating with the social media team on product storyline and new collection launch for

brand promotion.
