Job Title: Retail Pan-India Manager(Electronics)

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 69 years

Qualification: Postgraduate degree / MBA preferred

Work Schedule: 5-day work week


Were hiring a Retail Pan-India Manager (Electronics) for our client which provides an integrated longevity platform dedicated to enabling healthier and longer lives through science-backed tech and wellness solutions.


As the Retail Pan-India Manager(Electronics), your responsibilities would be:

  • Own and execute the pan-India offline retail strategy for consumer electronics across GT and MT channels.
  • Drive revenue growth through strong on-ground execution, store coverage, visibility, and sell-through.
  • Lead end-to-end retail operations including inventory planning, promoter deployment, demos, and merchandising.
  • Build, manage, and mentor regional managers, city leads, and field sales teams to drive regional performance.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and finance teams to manage forecasting, replenishment, and channel hygiene.



Requirements:

  • 69 years of experience managing offline consumer electronics retail at a multi-city or pan-India level.
  • Strong exposure to General Trade and Modern Trade (electronics chains, multi-brand outlets, large-format retail).
  • Proven experience managing promoter-led sales models and field execution teams across various regions.
  • A mix of startup agility and established electronics brand experience with a track record of driving accountability.
  • Strong analytical ability with comfort in dashboards, KPIs, store productivity, and operational metrics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and a willingness to travel extensively across India.
