Job Description
Role: Retail Lead Consultant
Experience: 13 to 18 years
Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad
Required Technical Skill Set: Thorough understanding of Retail Business and its IT solutions
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have:
- Deep understanding of retail business its challenges, trends, solutions
- Should have implemented solutions for one of the following Supply chain visibility, Smart store management, PLM, Warehouse automation
Good-to-Have:
- Good Communication skills
- Should have led solutions in above areas in the role of business owner/ product owner
- Understanding of IT processes and fundamental building blocks
Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role
- Drive business growth
- Front end conversations with customers to understand their business challenges
- Ideate and Conceptualize solutions to resolve client problems using IT solutions by collaborating with technology experts
- Keep up to date with industry trends, movement in leaders in this vertical segment and ensure TCS solutions are futuristic
