Job Description
Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on FP&A Analyst to join our finance team based at India. This role requires a tactical, execution-focused mindset and a methodical approach to financial analysis and reporting. The role will support day-to-day FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and monthly reporting, while partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
Primary Job Functions:
- Support the preparation and maintenance of budgets and forecasts
- Develop and update financial models to track performance against plan and forecast
- Perform monthly variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast) with clear, structured explanations
- Assist in maintaining rolling forecasts, incorporating key business drivers and assumptions
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management review
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, cost drivers, and performance gaps
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support business and operational decisions
- Support automation and standardization of reporting processes to improve accuracy and turnaround time
- Support finance business partners by providing timely, well-structured financial inputs
Education: CA / MBA Finance / M.com / B.com degree in business / relatedfield / equivalent work experience, Required
Experience:
- Big four articleship experience will be added advantage
- Work experience of using ERP, Financial reporting systems will be added advantage
- Work experience of using Finance AI tools will be added advantage
- Work experience of using Power BI will be added advantage
- Strong Excel and data-handling skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic financial modelling)
