Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Designer based in South Delhi. The Retail Designer will be responsible for creating innovative retail spaces by developing design concepts, focusing on space planning, and integrating aesthetic and functional elements. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, designing retail layouts, producing drawings and sketches, and coordinating with other team members to bring projects to life. The role also involves ensuring the alignment of designs with brand identity and project goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Retail Design and a strong understanding of Space Planning
• Proficiency in Interior Design and creating functional, aesthetic spaces
• Experience in Retail and understanding customer behavior in physical spaces
• Proficiency in Graphic Design and visual communication tools
• Strong collaboration, organizational, and project management skills
• Ability to adapt designs to meet client and brand-specific requirements
• Bachelors degree in Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Portfolio of relevant work showcasing creative and technical skills is strongly preferred
