Role Description

We are hiring a Guest Services Associate for our new outlet at M3M IFC, Sector 66, Gurgaon.

This is a full-time, on-site role.

The Guest Services Associate will be the face of So Tammys welcoming guests, guiding them through the menu, managing dine-in flow, handling reservations and queries, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with people, stays calm under pressure, and takes pride in delivering thoughtful, attentive service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet guests and assist them throughout their visit
• Manage seating, reservations, and guest flow during busy hours
• Communicate menu offerings confidently and make recommendations
• Address customer queries, feedback, and concerns professionally
• Coordinate smoothly with kitchen and service teams
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area
• Uphold So Tammys hospitality standards and create memorable guest experiences

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and guest-handling skills
• Excellent communicationlistening, speaking, and interpersonal abilities
• Friendly, confident, and proactive personality
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Team-player with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in hospitality, cafs, or restaurants is preferred but not mandatory
• Freshers with strong communication skills and the right attitude are welcome

Salary

• Rs. 20000 plus incentives
