What You Will Practically Do Every Day (So You Can Picture the Job)
- Run daily restaurant operations opening to closing
- Lead service on the floor especially during peak hours
- Train and coach the team on service, grooming, and brand standards
- Handle guest feedback personally calmly and professionally
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen for smooth service flow
- Monitor inventory, wastage, and F&B costs
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety at all times
- Execute promotions and brief the team before launches
- Be present, visible, and accountable every shift

- You hold a Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management
- You have minimum 4 years of experience in hotel restaurant operations (Experience in business hotels, boutique hotels, or premium hotel brands preferred)
- You have managed service across multiple meal periods
- You have handled in-house guest complaints and service recovery
- You lead from the floor, not from the office
- You aspire to grow into senior hotel F&B leadership roles
