Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day rooftop restaurant operations
• Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction
• Lead, train, and supervise the service team
• Drive revenue through events, promotions, and upselling
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and brand standards

Requirements

• 36 years of experience in restaurant or F&B management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in hotel or rooftop/lounge settings preferred
• Customer-focused approach with attention to detail
