Restaurant Manager

Location: So Tammys IFC, M3M International Financial Center, Sector 66, Gurugram, Haryana

So Tammys is looking for a sharp, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead operations at our IFC outlet.

• Oversee daily operations of the IFC outlet
• Lead, train, and motivate the team
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and service standards
• Drive sales and manage P&L
• Handle inventory, vendor coordination, and cost control
• Maintain hygiene, quality, and brand consistency
• Manage peak-hour operations and resolve issues efficiently

• 36 years of experience in restaurant or caf management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Solid understanding of margins, wastage control, and inventory management
• High ownership and accountability
• Energetic and solution-oriented approach
• Gurgaon-based or willing to relocate

• Salary range: 35,000 55,000 per month (depending on experience)
