Operations / Restaurant Manager (4-Star property)

We are hiring an experienced Operations / Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and drive service excellence across shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a smooth guest journey from entry to exit
• Lead daily service briefings, table audits, and floor supervision
• Handle guest complaints with empathy and effective resolution
• Prepare shift rosters, allocate roles, and manage staff productivity
• Train FOH team on POS systems, service etiquette, and menu knowledge
• Maintain grooming, attendance, and discipline standards
• Conduct hourly checks on cleanliness, ambience, lighting, music, and uniforms
• Maintain FOH audit checklists and compliance reports
• Coordinate with the kitchen for order accuracy, plating, and timely dispatch
• Ensure correct packaging and coordination for takeaway and delivery orders
