Summary: As a Responsible AI Engineer, you will assess AI systems for adherence to predefined thresholds and benchmarks related to responsible, ethical, and sustainable practices. Design and implement technology mitigation strategies for systems to ensure ethical and responsible standards are achieved. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Develop and implement AI models for assessing ethical and responsible standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI systems meet predefined thresholds. - Research and stay updated on industry best practices in responsible AI technologies. - Provide guidance on implementing ethical AI practices within the organization. - Conduct audits and assessments to ensure AI systems comply with ethical standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Computer Vision. - Strong understanding of deep learning algorithms. - Experience with image processing techniques. - Knowledge of AI ethics and responsible AI practices. - Familiarity with AI model interpretability techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Computer Vision. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
