Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Resource Manager to oversee and manage our in-house talent pool. This role serves as the central coordination point between Talent Delivery (Bench Sales), Staffing/Recruitment, Account Managers, and Internal Consultants.


This is not a hands-on recruiting role. Instead, it focuses on screening, tracking, allocating, and managing internal resources to ensure optimal utilization and successful client placements.


The role requires strong communication skills, cross-functional collaboration, and high responsiveness across US business hours. We are seeking someone who is outcome-driven, proactive, and not a clock-watcher.


Key Responsibilities

Talent Screening & Management


Screen and evaluate in-house consultants before submission to clients


Maintain updated records of skillsets, availability, visa status, and project history


Ensure consultants are properly aligned with open requirements


Cross-Team Liaison


Act as a bridge between:


Talent Delivery (Bench Sales)


Recruitment/Staffing Team


Account Managers


In-house Consultants


Facilitate seamless communication between internal teams


Ensure no gaps in candidate positioning and submission strategy


Resource Allocation & Tracking


Monitor bench strength and resource availability


Ensure optimal deployment of consultants


Track submissions, interviews, feedback, and placements


Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups


Communication & Reporting


Provide regular updates on consultant pipeline and status


Escalate delays or challenges proactively


Maintain dashboards and performance reports for leadership


Consultant Engagement


Stay in regular touch with in-house consultants


Ensure documentation, compliance, and readiness for client submission


Maintain strong internal relationships to improve retention and redeployment


Required Skills & Qualifications


3+ years of experience in US Staffing / Bench Sales / Resource Management


Strong understanding of US staffing lifecycle


Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills


Ability to multitask and manage multiple consultants simultaneously


Strong documentation and reporting skills (Excel/CRM/ATS tools)


High availability and responsiveness during US business hours

Work Details


Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

Work Hours: 7:00 PM 4:30 AM IST

Coverage: 9:00 AM EST to 5:00 PM PST
