- Reporting and insight support
- Engages with professionals to understand strengths and preferences in support of identifying deployment opportunities.
- Partners with engagements to fill open demand, provide staffing recommendations, and develop staffing solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with Talent Business Advisor and other Talent and operational contacts to provide seamless support to the business.
- Engages with US counterpart on deployment operations and trends for collective group.
- Provides key deployment insights, trends, and recommendations to the appropriate business leader (s).
- Maintains deep knowledge of current business priorities, service offerings, skills profiles, client engagements, and active client pursuits.
