About the Role
We are expanding our Operations team in Hyderabad and looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Resource Manager to support effective project delivery and workforce planning.
Responsibilities
- Support effective project delivery and workforce planning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, or operations in a services/consulting environment.
Required Skills
- Proficiency with resource management systems.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency with Kantata.
- Experience working with Microsoft or Microsoft partners.
- Understanding of professional services delivery models.
- Exposure to project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall).
