Were looking for a dynamic RMG Executive to drive our resource planning, workforce optimization, and deployment strategy across the organization.

Experience: 3 To 5 years in Resource Management / Workforce Planning

What Were Looking For

• 3 5 years of experience in RMG, workforce planning, PMO, or delivery support
• Strong understanding of project delivery models (Agile/Waterfall)
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Analytical mindset and strong command over Excel/Resource Planning tools
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
